• Develops and directs player development and casino host operations in accordance with established policies, budgets, procedures and specifications.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating employees, as needed.
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the player development area by organizing and presiding over regularly scheduled meetings with all player development employees.
• Assists in developing and adhering to operating budgets.

• Decides the final outcome of guest disputes involving complimentaries when an appropriate resolution cannot be reached by a manager or supervisor

• Oversees delivery of amenities to high-end level guests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Oversees the Marketing Systems/Database Manager and all related functions
• Oversees the management and maintenance of the database for group customer information
• Manages and maintains database for group customer information
• Oversees database integration and data manipulation of player databases(s)
• Manages daily database vendor relationships
• Ensures the database includes only active and mailable accounts by developing daily audits, developing and implementing data entry standards
• Works with Information Technology Department to resolve database operation problems
• Identifies and/or runs mailing lists (direct mail and email) as required from the database(s).
• Explores opportunities for database system advances
• Explores opportunities for maximizing database effectiveness
• Tracks offer results and provides the information to management, including program/promotion evaluation
• Provides consistent database activity status reports.
• Provides support and input into all marketing and operational projects related to database.
• Analyzes casino customer and revenue trends by player segment and associated demographics, using surveys and player frequency information
