Establishes revenue and expense budgets and plan for attaining goals.
Generates packages and research pieces for station's sales team.
Manages and maximizes station inventory and pricing structure.
Leads station sales meetings
Other job-related functions as required. Experience/Skills/Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Evidence of strong leadership skills.
Minimum of 5 years successful broadcast sales experience required. Two years broadcast sales management experience with a proven successful track record required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
Ability to demonstrate initiative in getting things done.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
