THG Sports is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive for its North & South American events division to work full time with the Chicago North American headquarters.
  
Within this position you will assume key public relations and communications responsibilities for developed and newly added events in the Americas. As a key member of the event management team you will look to leverage all marketing channels to drive both client attendance and revenue across a number of sporting events within our portfolio.
 
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to further the THG brand in North America as well as contributing to furthering the brand growth into South American markets.

The Player Analysis Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of user support, user training, data extraction and report generation and troubleshooting to include diagnostics, analysis and problem resolution for Bally’s ACSC.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 

Review card and game play to determine the effectiveness of customer coupons, Players Club offers, Player Development or VIP functions, and other special events for the purpose of evaluating all programs and trends to validate execution and profitability
Analyze player information performing cost benefit evaluations to determine the effects of direct mail advertising (including promotions and entertainment offers) on profitability. Implement programs accordingly
Develop reports based on historical data to forecast marketing cost for multiple properties with an additional goal of identify potential issues and opportunities
Create ad hoc, daily, monthly, quarterly reports using knowledge of ACSC system in order to provide creative analysis solutions and ensure effective use of the system
Analyze data collected to determine necessary changes to Casino Database system in order to better reach existing and potential customers
Resolve ACSC system issues based on understanding of ACSC system interface with Class II vendors by contacting IT and communicating system issue(s) while posing potential solutions
Provides basic support for ACSC Interfaces and upgrades communicating desired functionality to IT and conducting initial testing to confirm successful upgrade
Identify potential weaknesses within system functionality comparing marketing, promotional, direct mail needs with current system functionality
Maintain casino database through effective staff training to ensure accurate customer account information for direct mail programs
Act as liaison for vendor representative/facility management relationships & process invoices as required, coordinate data lists with mail house

• Develops and directs player development and casino host operations in accordance with established policies, budgets, procedures and specifications.
